Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Pantry Assistant to prepare, portion, and distribute food and beverages; maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and utensils; and manage inventory. If you are organized and attentive to detail, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and portion food and beverages. * Distribute meals using trays and trolleys. * Maintain pantry and utensil organization and cleanliness. * Verify and request restocking of supplies. * Serve beverages. * Organize work materials. * Keep trolleys, trays, and other utensils orderly and in accordance with hygiene principles. * Understand food station etiquette and decoration/layout. * Collect and wash dishes. * Keep trolleys, trays, and other utensils orderly and in accordance with hygiene principles. * Monitor inventory levels of products, utensils, and cleaning supplies required for pantry operations, requesting replenishment as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in pantry/kitchen roles. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and perform tasks under supervision. **Additional Information** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. * Shifts: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM\. **We Offer:** * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance * Dental Plan * Gym Membership — Totalpass * Birthday Leave — Day Off With over 10 years of operation in Brazil, AMBAAR is a benchmark in premium airport hospitality, delivering unique experiences that transform waiting time into well-being, sophistication, and comfort.
