Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure full operational functionality and company infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of refrigeration, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. 2. Electrical maintenance for commercial buildings. 3. Material management and logistical support for maintenance activities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on equipment and facilities. Respond to service requests from other departments and units to maintain company equipment in optimal working condition. Identify material requirements and submit procurement requests according to technical specifications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning installations and equipment; conduct system testing, lubrication, and adjustment for refrigeration and climate control systems; * Install and uninstall air conditioning units, ACJ, and split systems; * Specify materials and accessories; * Charge refrigeration systems with refrigerant fluid; * Conduct tests on refrigeration systems; * Perform electrical maintenance for commercial buildings across company units; * Install refrigeration piping; * Clean and unclog drainage lines; * Install air conditioning drain lines; * Complete equipment maintenance checklists; * Perform general electrical maintenance tasks as needed to address infrastructure deficiencies; * Submit internal purchase requests by identifying needs to fulfill departmental requirements; * Execute small-scale purchases using petty cash to enable necessary procedures; * Report incidents—such as defective parts, material shortages, equipment failures, or other irregularities—to the immediate supervisor via designated forms to rectify identified issues; * Transport materials and equipment between units or arrange disposal as required, providing internal departmental support; * Use work materials, instruments, and equipment correctly, handling them in accordance with established norms and procedures to preserve their integrity; * Maintain materials through proper cleaning and storage to prevent damage or loss; * Ensure workplace safety by performing tasks compliant with organizational safety criteria and requirements to prevent accidents during and after service execution; * Operate company vehicles to carry out assigned activities in compliance with internal regulations and traffic laws to meet requested demands;
