Ensuring efficient operation and compliance with technical standards. An Engineering and Refrigeration company is seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic in Salvador (Boca do Rio). Focused on quality and customer service, the company strives to provide a differentiated shopping experience. **Responsibilities:** Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established standards and regulations. Identify and resolve issues in ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment and systems. Evaluate and ensure that equipment and systems operate efficiently. Ensure that maintenance activities and their records comply with the company’s and relevant authorities’ technical, safety, and environmental standards. Communicate with leadership and planning teams, providing maintenance status updates and requesting resources as needed. Position requires on-site work in Salvador / BA. Previous experience as a Refrigeration Technician, Refrigeration Systems Installer, Climate Control Mechanic, or Refrigeration Specialist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role.
