Inspection Execution:** * Conduct quality inspection and control of received automotive parts, ensuring compliance with established standards and specifications. * Follow inspection procedures and guidelines defined by the Quality department. **2\. Operational Activities:** * Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to work instructions. * Identify, record, and report non-conformities detected during the inspection process. * Support communication with involved departments to address quality issues. **3\. Supplier Quality Control:** * Inspect incoming materials from suppliers according to established criteria. * Support identification of quality deviations and follow-up on corrective actions with responsible parties. **4\. Records and Documentation:** * Accurately complete inspection reports and records within established deadlines. * Collect inspection data to support quality analysis. **5\. Continuous Improvement:** * Contribute suggestions for improving inspection and quality control processes. * Support implementation of best practices to increase efficiency and reduce defects. **6\. Compliance and Standards:** * Adhere to internal procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. * Follow safety and quality guidelines during task execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, dial indicators, etc.). * Completed high school education; * Courses in Metrology, Quality, or related fields; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and dimensional specifications; * Availability for on-site work in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously strive to enhance our benefits package.
