Job Summary: The Quality Consultant will be responsible for technical and operational supervision, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations, standardization, and service excellence. We are seeking a **Quality Consultant** to perform technical and operational supervision of units, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations, process standardization, and excellence in service delivery. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Good Practices Manual (GPM); * Conduct technical visits and operational supervision at units; * Monitor and control processes in Central Kitchens (UAN); * Respond to and accompany inspections by competent authorities; * Conduct training sessions and guide operational teams; * Identify opportunities for improvement, resource optimization, and waste reduction. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition; * Technical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and process control in Central Kitchens (UAN); * Willingness to travel and conduct technical visits; * Valid driver’s license and driving experience.
