Job Summary: Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on hardware and peripherals, providing specialized technical support in telephony and complying with technical standards. Focus on excellence in customer service and delivery of IT solutions. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on hardware and peripherals in corporate environments. All share a common strategic vision focused on excellence in customer service and solution delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide continuous specialized technical support services in the field of telephony; * Knowledge of PABX, analog and IP phones, and VOIP via analog interface gateways (ATAs); * Install extension lines, including cable routing/laying and crimping when necessary; * Perform relocation and modification of extension points; * Route and terminate cables on telephone distribution frames and patch panels; * Identify and correct faults related to cabling and analog line connections to ATAs; **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and repair high-impact failures; * Prepare detailed technical reports; * Monitor equipment performance in production; * Comply with technical and safety standards; * Perform complex maintenance on electronic and microcomputer equipment, with focus on critical environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Personal vehicle (car); * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of Hardware and Software. **Additional Information** We value our employees and therefore offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, security, and quality of life, including: Transportation Voucher – Assistance for daily commuting between residence and workplace.
