Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and challenges * Providing customer service using a motorcycle for greater mobility within the garage; * Assisting the Central Control Unit and Administration in guiding customers; * Conducting periodic patrols in the parking lot; * Remaining attentive to customer service and guidance needs; * Informing customers about parking procedures and regulations; * Immediately registering every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verifying whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirming that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Upon receiving customers at the entrance, issuing the card with the prism number and informing them of the designated location for payment and vehicle retrieval; * Informing customers about parking procedures and regulations—including tolerance periods, fees, locations, and other relevant information—with consistent focus on delivering excellent customer reception; * Properly storing vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensuring vehicle identification via attachment of numbered prisms; * Ensuring vehicle security by keeping windows and doors always closed; * Observing the maximum speed limit on-site. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we’re looking for: * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). **Additional Information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), if selected in the recruitment process, proof of the following vaccinations will be required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus vaccine, Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccine, Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
