




Description: * Completed technical education or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or in roles related to the Logistics area (receiving, verification, inventory, and stock control); * Experience using integrated systems; * Availability for travel. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with inventory routines for hospital medical products is desirable. * Generate inventory reports in the system; * Schedule and conduct external inventories with clients (hospitals and clinics); * Conduct internal inventories (head office and branch stock), following scheduling/negotiation between your management and Logistics managers; * Enter information about inventoried materials into systems and applications for billing discrepancy control; * Populate reports after completing inventories; * Promote and monitor daily movement of materials nearing expiration dates at each UN; * Perform necessary relocations of materials nearing expiration dates, per management guidance; * Monitor the labeling operation for materials nearing expiration dates, carried out by the Logistics team; * Request the Logistics area to remove non-conforming materials (expired, damaged, or technically defective) for disposal; request approval from the Quality Manager for issuance of invoices and/or issue the corresponding invoices for the process under your responsibility; * Suggest strategies to reduce losses. 2512190202551751095
