If you possess strong attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and seek a dynamic work environment, this role is for you! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise store areas, warehouses, and parking lots to identify and prevent theft, robbery, and other irregularities. * Conduct periodic patrols and visual inspections to verify product and facility security. * Track the flow of people and goods, observing suspicious behaviors. * Prevent losses caused by breakage, damage, expiration, and operational errors. * Verify compliance with security and loss prevention policies and procedures. * Document incidents, prepare reports, and report irregularities to supervision. * Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure product organization and security. * Support internal inventories and audits. * Ensure the physical safety of employees and customers. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience as a Loss Prevention Officer or in related fields (security, surveillance). * Knowledge of loss prevention and asset protection techniques. * Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. * Good interpersonal communication and proactivity. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Training course in security or loss prevention. * Familiarity with CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems. * Retail industry experience. #### **Benefits:** \[To be filled in here] #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** \[To be filled in here]
