Teamwork with a focus on organization and proactivity. **Position:** Electrician **Employment Type:** CLT **Job Summary** Responsible for performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance services on building installations, ensuring safe and efficient system operation. Works in compliance with technical standards, client procedures, applicable legislation, and safety guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, as permitted by qualification. * Conduct periodic inspections of distribution boards, panels, outlets, lighting fixtures, and electrical equipment. * Carry out tests, measurements, and diagnostics using appropriate tools and instruments. * Replace defective components, wiring, circuit breakers, lamps, ballasts, and other electrical items. * Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and work orders. * Respond to emergency calls and act immediately to restore power. * Ensure all interventions comply with technical standards (NBRs and NR\-10\). * Complete checklists, maintenance reports, and incident logs. * Maintain workshop organization and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition. * Prioritize safety by using **mandatory PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE)** during all activities. * Support other maintenance areas when necessary, provided it falls within one's responsibilities and safety requirements. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Training:** Vocational electrician course. * **Experience:** Prior experience in residential, industrial, or facilities electrical maintenance. **Desired Knowledge** * Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical blueprints. * Lighting systems, outlets, cabling, and electrical distribution boards. * NR\-35 (work at heights), if required by the contract. * Measuring instruments: multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter. * Maintenance of small electrical equipment. **Behavioral Competencies** * Responsibility and safety orientation * Proactivity in identifying faults * Organization and care for materials * Ability to work effectively in a team * Good interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues * Attention to detail and adherence to regulations **Benefits** * Base salary according to industry standards * **Hazard pay: 30%** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Health insurance Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.455,70 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
