Join our team and become a Med Member **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the primary point of contact for Petrobras and the contract team; * Manage the contract: headcount control, ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), SMS programs and actions, training, activity reports, incident records, etc.; * Monitor the electronic timekeeping system for the contract team; * Perform contract measurement; * Track contract balance; * Administratively organize requests from Petrobras; * Ensure staff availability; * Manage accounts payable related to the contract; * Operate internal MED\+ management workflows and tools (Fluig, GUPY, etc.) for job posting, certificate submission, reimbursements, procurement, etc.; * Handle other responsibilities related to contract and team management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration; * Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in leadership or people management roles, verified via work record book (CTPS) or employer’s declaration. **Additional Information** SALARY R$3000.00 VA R$20.00 44 HOURS PER WEEK HEALTH PLAN DENTAL PLAN TOTAL PASS **Join Grupo Med\+ – Where Purpose Saves Lives!** We are Grupo Med\+, Brazil’s largest Emergency Response provider for critical infrastructure.
