Learn more about the Group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist and support building maintenance, performing preventive tasks as a mason, painter, electrician, plumber, and carpenter, thereby contributing to maintaining optimal usage conditions of building facilities. * Perform low-complexity building maintenance activities as instructed by immediate supervisors and other maintenance technicians, thus supporting achievement of established goals within required timelines and quality standards. * Conduct preventive maintenance, including technical visits across all departments and whenever called upon. Assist with building maintenance, painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry services at unit premises, as needed and per guidance from immediate supervision. * Use, under supervision, appropriate tools and equipment for each activity type—including work at height—while complying with legally mandated PPE requirements. * Prioritize safety during maintenance service execution, especially concerning third parties, students, and colleagues. * Clean and organize areas where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, eliminating waste, and cleaning stains. * Ensure proper care of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services, requesting replacement when necessary. * Monitor inventory of materials, parts, components, tools, and equipment, quantifying and recording movements in documents and spreadsheets. * Support Group events by carrying out auxiliary activities as directed by senior management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Technical Course in Building Maintenance * Ability to work effectively in teams; Regular attendance and punctuality * Capacity to plan and manage one’s own activities * Prior experience in this role is desirable * Knowledge of electrical systems is desirable * Knowledge of building maintenance is desirable * Knowledge of carpentry is desirable * Knowledge of plumbing is desirable **Additional Information** * Position location: Salvador/BA. * Salary: R$ 1\.664,20 * Benefits: % Scholarship for undergraduate and graduate studies; SESC; Life insurance; Transportation allowance. * Working hours: 44 hours per week \- Monday to Saturday.
