Job Summary: A professional responsible for building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, painting, carpentry, and joinery, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems. 2. Working at heights with NR 35 and NR 10 certifications. 3. Performing repairs across various areas including electrical, plumbing, and joinery. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on low-voltage electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications systems; perform minor repairs; conduct painting, carpentry, and joinery services to ensure proper functioning of building facilities. Perform work at heights. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor inspection and maintenance/operation schedules for electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications systems; * Perform assembly, adjustment, repair, and installation activities for low-voltage electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications equipment and appliances; * Ensure preservation of electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications equipment; provide tools and testing instruments required for maintenance and installation tasks, as well as for acceptance and commissioning of new equipment and instruments; * Install and maintain lighting circuits and lines, including separating, replacing, and securing outlets, switches, fuses, lamps, and air conditioning units, to ensure proper operation of the company’s electrical system; * Maintain general piping systems, repairing or replacing water tanks, showers, floor drains, valves, shut-off valves, faucets, damaged pipes, hydraulic pumps, locating and eliminating leaks, and unclogging pipes; * Clean water tanks; * Modify the telecommunications system by improving telephone network and extension installations, adjusting equipment configurations when necessary to optimize performance; * Perform minor painting tasks; * Perform minor joinery and carpentry tasks; * Perform general minor building repairs. * Perform work at heights. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education. * NR 35 Certification — Working at Heights. * NR 10 Certification — Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; * Prior experience in building maintenance is desirable.
