Cash flow and working capital management **Main Responsibilities:** * Cash flow and working capital management. * Accounts payable and receivable control. * Bank reconciliation execution. * Financial planning and performance analysis (Income Statement). * Cost and expense control. * Administrative process structuring and standardization. * Contract, supplier, and administrative routine management. * Administrative and financial team leadership. * Goal, KPI, and performance monitoring definition. * Implementation of financial controls and KPIs. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. * Strategic support to the executive board through financial reports and analyses. * Identification of improvement opportunities and cost reduction initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Proven experience in administrative and financial management. * Experience managing teams. * Experience in companies with multiple units (preferred). **Additional Information:** * Employment type: Independent contractor (PJ). * Remuneration: R$ 14\.000,00 * Working hours: To be determined Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
