We provide advisory services to high-net-worth clients through excellence in relationship management, identifying their financial needs and new business opportunities—placing the client at the center and emphasizing principalship to maximize results/profitability with competence, responsibility, and ethics. Work model: In-person Unit: Salvador/BA **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Principal Relationship Manager I, you will work within the Principal unit and your main responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional service to attract and retain clients, offering personalized and human-centered experiences; * Managing a client portfolio with focus on relationship management, profitability, and retention; * Identifying business opportunities and offering comprehensive financial solutions—including investments, credit, and insurance; * Strategically attracting funds from competitors; * Resolving conflicts and complaints with empathy, agility, and a customer satisfaction focus; * Monitoring performance goals and KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery; * Collaborating with investment advisors and assistant managers to foster synergy in client service; * Representing the Principal segment with a consultative posture, sophistication, and deep technical expertise. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree; * Mandatory: Active CEA (Certified Investment Analyst) certification; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience serving high-net-worth clients; * Experience managing client portfolios and delivering consultative services; * Strong commercial acumen; * Solid knowledge of the financial market and investment products; * Clear communication skills and a consultative approach in client interactions; professional ethics and emotional intelligence to engage effectively with diverse client and peer profiles.
