




* **Support in preparing bidding documents:** Collaborate in the preparation of bidding notices and other required documents, according to legal requirements. Assist in drafting terms of reference and technical specifications. * **Monitoring of bidding processes:** Assist in organizing and monitoring bidding processes at all stages (opening, proposal analysis, qualification, etc.). * Keep records of ongoing and completed bidding processes up to date. * **Document management:** Organize and archive documents related to bidding processes, such as proposals, certificates, proof documents, and contracts. Prepare and review qualification documents and commercial proposals. * **Proposal and documentation analysis:** Assist in analyzing proposals received in bidding processes, verifying compliance with tender requirements. Perform screening and verification of documents required for participant company qualifications. * **Contract follow-up:** Assist in drafting and monitoring internal contracts and those resulting from bidding processes. Monitor contract execution, checking compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions.
