Essential support to drivers and operational teams Job Description: **Job Description** We are seeking a **Fleet Analyst** to handle planning, control, and operational support for our vehicle fleet. The professional will be responsible for ensuring vehicle availability, safety, and efficiency by monitoring maintenance, documentation, performance, and operational costs. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the heavy-vehicle fleet (registration, acquisitions, disposals, and updates). * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring execution within deadlines and quality standards. * Track fleet KPIs (fuel consumption, tires, vehicle performance, downtime, etc.). * Manage vehicle documentation (licensing, traffic violations, insurance, tracking systems). * Create and monitor maintenance service orders. * Analyze fleet operational costs and propose cost-reduction initiatives. * Support drivers and operational teams in resolving fleet-related issues. * Liaise with repair shops, suppliers, and insurance providers. * Assist in route planning and logistics support when required. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in fleet management or control. * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and performance indicators. * Proficiency in control tools (Excel, fleet management/ERP systems). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity.
