Summary Description: Plan and control all activities that constitute the project scope, verifying adherence to the milestones defined for the project, in order to contribute to meeting the requirements established in the contract. Detailed Description: * Develop, based on project designs, the logical sequence of execution phases of the project, aiming to define the critical path (the longest sequence of activities) of the project for schedule development. * Prepare the execution schedule to monitor the stages identified in construction planning, aiming to define the controls that will be implemented to ensure compliance with established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data analysis, report production, and other measures, providing relevant information to support timely delivery. * Prepare and distribute periodic construction monitoring reports, demonstrating progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially planned deadlines. * Participate in periodic planning and construction control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions to meet the construction schedule. * Participate in interface meetings between contract areas and your area of responsibility to align actions and identify interferences that may impact the planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks according to received plans, under the supervision and/or support of more technically experienced professionals or immediate managers, even if only for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
