




Job Summary: Manage the development and integration of civil and system projects for LRT construction, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and contractual risk assessment with a focus on mitigation. **Engineering and Planning Manager** Engineering and Planning Manager Salvador/BA JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the development and integration of civil and system projects for LRT construction (permanent way, drainage, earthworks, structures, OAEs, interferences, substations, etc.); * Coordinate internal and external engineering, planning, and design teams, ensuring technical quality, schedule adherence, and contractual compliance; * Plan, control, and monitor schedules using the CCS tool; * Assess technical, construction-related, and contractual risks, proposing mitigation measures; * Ensure integration among project, planning, procurement, production, and quality; * Lead technical meetings with clients, designers, suppliers, and internal teams; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation, contractual requirements, and engineering best practices; * Support the Contract Manager with management information, performance indicators (KPIs), and executive reports; * Actively manage interfaces. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Planning, or related fields is desirable); * Solid experience in engineering and planning management for railway construction projects, preferably LRT; * Proven experience in permanent way projects and execution, including railway slabs, rails, AMVs, and associated systems; * Advanced knowledge of construction planning; * Experience in contract management, claims, measurements, scheduling, and executive monitoring; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Salvador/BA.
