Job Summary: The Goods Inspector for Educational Materials is responsible for ensuring the correct receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of educational products. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for inspection, storage, and dispatch of educational materials. 2. Organizes and stores products in accordance with inventory control standards. 3. Uses management systems to record material inflows and outflows. The Goods Inspector for Educational Materials ensures the accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of textbooks, educational games, pedagogical kits, and other teaching resources, guaranteeing product quality and compliance. Main Responsibilities: * Receive goods from suppliers, performing physical and documentary verification (invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions). * Verify quantities, specifications, codes, titles, and condition of educational materials. * Identify and record damages, discrepancies, or shortages, reporting them to the responsible department. * Organize and store products in appropriate locations, following inventory control and bin-location standards. * Pick and inspect orders for shipment to schools, educational institutions, bookstores, or end customers. * Assist in loading and unloading goods. * Conduct periodic inventories and support stock counting activities. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety regulations. * Use management systems (ERP) to record material inflows and outflows. * Ensure the integrity and preservation of educational materials, especially books and sensitive resources. Common Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a goods inspector or in logistics/warehouse operations. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory control systems. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
