Receive clients, visitors, suppliers, and job candidates, directing them appropriately. Control personnel entry and exit where applicable. Perform scheduling, confirmations, and calendar organization. Receive, register, and forward documents, mail, and packages. Provide basic information regarding the company, services, and procedures. Support simple administrative tasks (filing, registrations, reports). Maintain an organized, clean, and visually presentable reception area. Ensure compliance with internal policies, professional conduct, and confidentiality of information. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Representative, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
