Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving and guiding visitors, controlling the flow of people and vehicles, receiving goods, answering phone calls, and monitoring alarms. Communication and security monitoring **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in this role is required; Must reside in Camaçari or Dias D’Ávila. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and guide visitors. * Control the flow of people and vehicles by identifying\-them and directing\-them to their desired locations. * Receive goods, various shipments, and correspondence. * Answer telephone calls. * Verify documents such as ASO and coordinate visitor integration with SSMA. * Respond to COFIC communications, including radio checks, external emergency drills, and emergency situations at the Industrial Pole. * Monitor emergency alarms on the gate control panel. * Report internal factory incidents. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
