That’s why we are constantly seeking new talents willing to make a difference alongside us. #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform deboning of meat cuts according to standards; * Keep the work area organized and clean; * Guide Operations Assistants on all operational procedures within the department; * Work in compliance with safety regulations and monitor team adherence to PPE usage; * Instruct department associates on correct packaging use and standard labeling methods for processed products; * Ensure compliance with the layout of meat display counters; * Serve customers. #### **Required Qualifications:** * High school diploma completed * Availability to work flexible hours * Previous experience in the role required * Experience in deboning required * Must reside in Vera Cruz/Itaparica\-BA
