Supporting leadership in developing customer service teams The company is seeking a Full Training Manager in Salvador (Caminho das Árvores). **Responsibilities:** Strategically manage training with a focus on quality and customer experience. Convert QA metrics and indicators into teaching strategies and training plans. Manage quality-focused projects, aligning NPS, CSAT, FCR, IR, and other indicators with operational performance. Analyze data to propose improvements to customer service processes. Select, implement, and monitor teaching methodologies and training technologies, such as LMS and authoring tools. Support leadership in defining development strategies for customer service teams. Previous roles such as Training Coordinator, Talent Development Specialist, Training Supervisor, or Learning Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
