Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and monitoring inspection and maintenance/operation schedules for electrical, hydraulic, and telephone systems, as well as performing minor building repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Performing building maintenance services for electrical, hydraulic, and telephone systems. 2. Carrying out various repairs on building systems and structures. 3. Ensuring equipment preservation and providing tools. Description: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in building maintenance is desirable. * Develop and monitor inspection and maintenance/operation schedules for electrical, hydraulic, and telephone systems; * Perform assembly, adjustment, repair, and installation tasks for low-voltage electrical, hydraulic, and telephone equipment and appliances; * Ensure preservation of electrical, hydraulic, and telephone equipment, and provide testing and measurement tools/instruments required to carry out maintenance and installation services, as well as for acceptance and commissioning of new equipment and instruments; * Install and maintain power lines and lighting circuits, including separating, replacing, and securing outlets, switches, fuses, light bulbs, and air-conditioning units to ensure proper operation of the company's electrical system; * Perform general plumbing maintenance, repairing or replacing water tanks, showers, floor drains, valves, shut-off valves, faucets, damaged pipes, hydraulic pumps, locating and eliminating leaks, and unclogging pipes; * Clean water tanks; * Modify telecommunications systems by improving telephone network and extension installations, adjusting equipment configurations when necessary to optimize performance; * Perform minor painting tasks; * Perform minor carpentry and joinery tasks; * Perform general minor building repairs. 251102020223321508
