Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising menu planning and inventory management, monitoring the production chain, coordinating sanitation activities, ensuring food safety, and providing nutritional and clinical assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of the food supply chain and food safety. 2. Nutritional risk assessment and dietary prescription. 3. Degree in Nutrition and hospital experience. Supervise menu planning and inventory/food storage management. Monitor all stages of the production chain (pre\-preparation, preparation, and distribution), ensuring compliance with dietary prescriptions. Coordinate sanitation activities for facilities, equipment, utensils, and transport vehicles. **Food Safety and Quality:** Develop, implement, and audit the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct ongoing food safety and good practices training for kitchen and cafeteria staff. Participate in audits, committees, and institutional meetings to report technical reports and performance indicators. **Nutritional and Clinical Assistance:** Perform nutritional screening and risk assessment for all admitted patients. Prepare dietary prescriptions and nutritional progress notes in medical records, considering clinical status, drug interactions, and individual needs. Promote nutrition education and health promotion programs for patients, family members, and staff (lectures, group sessions, and informational materials). **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Nutrition; Experience as a Hospital Central Kitchen Nutritionist; Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role; Active CRN registration.
