You will be responsible for managing and creating content for social media platforms, engaging our audience and promoting our events in an innovative and strategic way. If you have a keen eye for digital trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the event industry, this position is for you! * Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.); * Monitor trends and interactions on social media to creatively engage the audience; * Respond to messages and interact with the audience, strengthening brand relationships; * Collaborate with the design and audiovisual team to ensure content is attractive and aligned with the brand's visual identity; * Track and analyze metrics, generating reports with insights and improvement suggestions; * Live event coverage, capturing memorable moments and promoting in real time. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Media, Digital Media, or related fields. * Experience as a Social Media specialist; * Excellent writing skills and ability to create persuasive and creative texts; * Knowledge of major social media platforms and their tools; * Basic design knowledge and ability to create content; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Familiarity with data analysis and metrics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.); * Prior experience in the events industry is desirable; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and during the carnival event. * **Advantages:** * Previous experience in event or entertainment companies. * Knowledge of intellectual property and copyright laws. * Fluency in another language. * Participation in courses or specializations in Entertainment Law. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
