Management of cultural projects and incentive-based resources Company Description We are a consulting firm providing Human Resources and Payroll Department solutions, committed to developing people, encouraging them, and helping them experience new attitudes, ideas, and concepts that improve their habits and behaviors, enabling them to become more effective in what they do. **Your Responsibilities:** **Financial and Administrative Management** * Participate in monthly strategic meetings; * Conduct monthly and annual budgetary and financial planning; * Strategically manage cash flow, monitoring forecast vs. actual; * Prepare consolidated financial reports with institutional performance indicators; * Interact with the Board and accounting department; * Coordinate administrative and financial teams; * Control accounts payable and receivable, bank entries, and payment execution; * Issue invoices and receipts, including projects funded via patronage; * Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial closings; * Support tax audits and annual balance sheet preparation; * Manage and reconcile bank accounts for incentive-funded projects and unrestricted funds. **Cultural Project Management** * Develop budget spreadsheets for cultural projects (national, international, incentive laws, and public calls); * Financially manage institutional and cultural projects; * Submit fiscal documents and supporting evidence to SALIC; * Request amendments or adjustments to approved projects from public agencies; * Assist in financial and deliverables reporting. **Contracts and Team Management** * Draft and monitor contracts with suppliers and team members; * Formalize CLT employment contracts and related documentation; * Support internal process structuring related to team operations; * Interface with the accounting department regarding vacations, 13th salary, terminations, medical examinations, among others. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proven experience in financial and administrative management; * Experience in cultural projects, preferably international; * Knowledge of incentive laws and resource management; * Leadership and communication skills; * Proficiency in financial and budgetary control tools. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Nazaré \- Salvador, BA. * **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and during certain events (hybrid model: 2 days onsite, remaining days remote).
