Active participation in labor expert assessments Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Production, Surveying, or Electrical Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Active registration with CREA is required; * Completion of a course on SSMA Standards Interpretation (ISO 14001 | ISO 45001) is required; * Internal Auditor training for ISO 14001 | ISO 45001 standards is desirable; * Specialization or postgraduate degree in Environmental fields is desirable. * Field management and documentation management for construction projects; * Provide technical guidance on procedures to preserve life and physical integrity of all company employees, adopting accident and occupational disease mitigation/prevention measures; * Ensure guidance on all applicable legal requirements for company processes, generating evidence to demonstrate their implementation. Monitor updates to current legislation specific to locations where projects are carried out; * Develop, evaluate, and revise supporting tools for the proper functioning of the SSMA Management System by implementing all operational and management tools comprising it; * Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, with knowledge of key items from the SSMA Legal Verification (LV); * Accident analysis and investigation techniques; * Responsibility for legal documentation and SSMA Management System documentation, including issuance of Technical Reports (RT); * Work on team development through evaluations and constructive feedback; * Conduct regional governance meetings; * Active participation in labor expert assessments; * Manage regional inspections; * Be accountable for regional active and reactive indicators 2510150202241808976
