Job Summary: A proactive and committed professional to work in production planning and control, performing analyses, audits, and supporting inventory and performance indicator management. Identify improvement opportunities in areas and processes The Production Planning and Control (PCP) department is responsible for inventory analysis, production scheduling aligned with sales forecasts, and productive process control, aiming to support the development of the production plan. We seek a proactive, flexible, committed, responsible professional who works well in teams and possesses solid industrial sector knowledge. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform production reporting related to productivity, machine downtime, quality, scrap, and non\-conformities; analyze data and report identified deviations to team leaders and managers; * Support the manager in controlling raw material and finished goods inventories across industrial areas; * Audit production schedules entered into the system by analysts, comparing planned versus actual production, to generate production controls; * Support updating performance indicators for the production area for daily presentation in management meetings; * Identify improvement opportunities in areas and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in Production Planning and Control; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Industrial experience. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Camaçari \- BA. **Working Hours:** Shift-based. **Benefits:** * On\-site cafeteria and meal allowance; * Health insurance and dental care; * Gym and physical activity platform partnerships; * Group life insurance and psychosocial support; * Transportation allowance and pharmacy partnership; * Profit\-sharing program.
