Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities** Serve as the technical responsible for the unit's medical outpatient clinic; Structure, implement, and ensure the operation of occupational health services from the implementation phase onward; Provide clinical occupational and clinical assistance to employees; Assess health conditions, diagnose, and determine medical courses of action; Issue medical certificates, opinions, and other medical documents; Request, analyze, and interpret complementary examinations; Refer employees to specialized or hospital care when necessary; Provide first aid in urgent and emergency cases; Develop, implement, and coordinate the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program), ensuring legal compliance; Conduct and/or supervise occupational examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, job-change, and termination); Support absenteeism management (INSS) and return-to-work processes; Collaborate with Occupational Safety and HR on risk prevention and health promotion; Develop health and wellness campaigns; Ensure appropriate management and confidentiality of medical records; Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Medicine; Active CRM registration; Specialization in Occupational Medicine with active RQE; Prior experience as technical responsible or in leadership roles within occupational health; Experience in clinical occupational/ambulatory care; Experience in establishing outpatient clinics or industrial operations; Solid knowledge of PCMSO, labor law, and social security legislation; Experience managing occupational health indicators; Advanced English (required for direct reporting to China); Willingness to work onsite in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
