Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to guide students in learning projects, Design Thinking, and Maker Space activities, fostering innovation and autonomy. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with project-based learning and Design Thinking. 2. Promotes co-creation, experimentation, and an entrepreneurial mindset. 3. Collaborates in the learning journey and project presentations. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Design, Arts, Technology, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Prior experience with project-based learning, Maker Space, and Design Thinking. * Fluent English. Additionally, we seek someone who: * Is committed to continuous learning. * Embraces a growth mindset, inspiring and empowering others to do the same. * Engages in creative and innovative thinking skills, generating ideas relevant to Concept School's culture. * Demonstrates fluency in digital tools (Google Workspace and/or Apple Creativity for All). * Understands educational approaches such as: * Design Thinking * Project\-Based Learning (Buck Institute for Education) * Pays attention to detail and demonstrates excellent organizational skills. * Ensures student project solution development using the Design Thinking approach (Elementary School). * Guides students in the Junior Scientific Initiation Program, supporting research investigation, prototyping, and validation. * Guides students in the TED\-Ed course (High School), supporting idea development, scriptwriting, and presentations. * Continuously supports learning in individual and collaborative projects. * Facilitates safe and responsible use of Maker Space tools and machinery, supporting student agency and autonomy. * Promotes co-creation, experimentation, and an entrepreneurial mindset among educators and students. * Manages and supports the evolution of projects across different grades and classes, ensuring continuity and quality throughout the process. * Collaborates intensively with reference teachers and arts specialists in planning the learning journey. * Collaborates with students in communication and presentations at internal and external events. 2512070202191909281
