Job Summary:
Building maintenance professional responsible for preventive and corrective activities in electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting systems, ensuring proper functioning of facilities.
Key Highlights:

3. Technical course and NR-10/NR-35 certification preferred
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations;
* Carry out electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting services;
* Supervise and support third-party service providers;
* Ensure proper functioning of the unit's physical infrastructure;
* Identify and rectify faults in installations.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in building maintenance;
* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance;
* Organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Technical course in related fields (Electrical, Construction, Maintenance, or similar);
* NR-10 and NR-35 certifications (advantageous).
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
Driver's License: Class B
