Job Summary: A Store Operator manages inventory, restocks products, and ensures exceptional customer service across all store areas. Key Highlights: 1. Linear management and product restocking 2. Warehouse organization and security **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a stock replenisher and/or cashier, and with the Linx system. * Strong prioritization skills. * Knowledge of replenishment and inventory management. * Experience in customer service. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Store Operator:** * Manages linear displays, restocks, and prices products across all commercial areas of the store. * Manages warehouse inventory, ensuring product accuracy through IRC, timely adjustments, usage and consumption tracking, stock demarcation, and internal stock transfers. * Addresses visual stockouts on linear displays. * Manages overhead warehouse inventory, ensuring proper organization, replenishment, and personnel safety. * When approached by customers, applies the SBOA protocol (Smile, Good Morning, Thank You, Goodbye), guiding customers effectively. * Delivers exceptional checkout service during periods of high customer traffic, and knows and follows front-counter procedures.
