We are looking for a Mid-level Data Analyst with sharp analytical skills and strategic vision to turn data into actionable insights and support decision-making in the dynamic and competitive iGaming market. We seek a proactive professional with excellent technical and communication abilities to collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams in creating data-driven solutions. Responsibilities: \- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards for visualization and monitoring of operational and strategic data; \- Integrate, consolidate, and organize data from multiple platforms and APIs; \- Monitor and track campaigns for performance evaluation, ROI, and key metrics; \- Establish and monitor KPIs in partnership with marketing and product teams; \- Analyze user behavior trends and patterns, identifying optimization and growth opportunities; \- Conduct predictive analyses and modeling to anticipate market demands and behaviors; \- Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention; \- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions and continuously improve user experience (UX/UI). Requirements Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields; Solid experience with Tableau or similar tools (Targit, Looker) for data visualization and analysis; Proficiency in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large volumes of data; Advanced knowledge of Python for analysis, modeling, and process automation; Experience in data management and development of insight-driven strategies; Experience with APIs and data integration between systems and platforms; Strong understanding of the iGaming sector and regulated market trends; Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and measurement of digital campaigns; Knowledge of Growth Hacking and customer acquisition and retention strategies; Experience with UX/UI data analysis, identifying improvements in user experience. Desirable Practical experience in the iGaming sector or high-volume digital segments; Certifications in Power BI, Python, SQL, or other data-related areas; Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical teams; Analytical profile with business vision and proactive problem-solving.
