




**Description:** High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field preferred; currently enrolled candidates also considered. Prior experience as a stock clerk or warehouse assistant, preferably in the construction industry. Knowledge of inventory control and receiving/shipping documentation. Proficiency in ERP systems and control tools (e.g., Excel, barcode scanners, etc.). Conduct incoming and outgoing material, tool, and equipment inspections according to invoices, work orders, or internal requisitions. Maintain physical and system-based inventory records, ensuring daily updates of all movements. Inspect equipment condition, reporting damages, maintenance needs, or replacement requirements. Pick and stage materials per construction team requests and activity schedules. Organize the warehouse with proper item labeling to ensure easy access and correct storage. Perform periodic and rotating inventory counts to minimize losses and discrepancies. Support goods receiving by verifying quantities, technical specifications, and physical integrity.
