Does this describe you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement, maintain, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS); * Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001\); * Conduct internal audits and support external audits; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements; * Manage nonconformities, leading root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions; * Map, standardize, and optimize organizational processes; * Apply quality methodologies and tools (PDCA, MASP, FMEA, SPC, 5S, Kaizen); * Train and guide teams on quality processes and best practices; * Develop and maintain technical documentation for the quality system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields) or Administration; * Prior experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ERP (e.g., SAP is a plus); * Experience in process mapping and standardization; * Experience in indicator management (KPIs) and handling nonconformities; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 (mandatory), ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools; * Intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to work onsite in Camaçari\-BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
