**Job Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields. **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – intermediate level. **Specific Knowledge:** * Cosmetic manufacturing processes. * Industrial performance indicators. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP – RDC 48/2013). * Continuous improvement tools (5S, PDCA, Kaizen). **Technical Competencies** * Production Planning and Control (PPC) * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP – RDC 48/2013) * Production Indicators (OEE, Efficiency, Losses) * Quality Tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma) * Industrial Process Management * Industrial Cost Management * Maintenance Management (Preventive and Corrective) **Summary of Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and control all production stages to meet targets and schedules. * Monitor performance indicators (OEE, productivity, losses, line efficiency, downtime). * Track execution and traceability of Production Orders (POs). * Ensure process compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ANVISA’s RDC 48/2013. * Supervise implementation and adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and other regulatory standards. * Participate in internal and external audits, developing corrective action plans. * Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to resolve non-conformities. * Lead production, maintenance, warehouse, and internal logistics teams, ensuring integration and operational efficiency. * Conduct technical and behavioral training, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. * Manage team conflicts, organizational climate, and shop-floor team motivation. * Align production capacity with commercial demand and planning (PPC). * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring equipment reliability. * Control operating costs, raw material consumption, downtime, and productivity. * Coordinate factory layout, material flow, and line feeding. * Promote continuous improvement through methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and PDCA. * Identify and propose actions to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve profitability. * Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance across all manufacturing operations. * Participate in strategic meetings and report performance indicators to senior management. **Address:** R.
