




Job Summary: Grupo Seres is seeking an HR Payroll Analyst to perform payroll configuration, analysis, and preparation; calculation of social charges; and development of ancillary obligations. Development of ancillary obligations and legal compliance **Grupo Seres, in partnership with a national accounting firm, is seeking a professional for the role of HR Payroll Analyst** **Responsibilities:** * Configure payroll system entries related to client company payroll processing, in accordance with current legislation to ensure payroll accuracy and proper calculation and issuance of corresponding social charges; * Analyze functional information records (timekeeping records, incidents, vacation scheduling, and others) submitted by the client, consulting supporting documents, performing verifications, liaising with the client company, and utilizing computerized systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity; * Prepare payroll, verifying and utilizing electronic and physical data and information in compliance with legislation, Collective Bargaining Agreements or Labor Contracts, entering and recording data into computerized systems to ensure timely personnel payments and legislative compliance; * Verify accuracy and consistency of payroll processing results; verify accuracy and consistency of payroll-related processing outputs by cross-checking against source documents, analyzing monthly variations, and implementing corrections and adjustments as necessary to ensure correct personnel payments; * Calculate and close social and labor charges, adhering to applicable legal provisions, using computerized systems, analyzing information, verifying correctness and accuracy, and issuing reports and payment slips to ensure timely payments in accordance with required quality and accuracy standards; * Prepare ancillary obligations using computerized systems, analyzing accounting records, complying with respective periodicity and deadlines to ensure transparency of operations and related tax obligations. **Working Hours:** * Schedule: Flexible (start between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM; end between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM) * Shift: Monday to Friday, with a 1.5-hour lunch break * Work Mode: On-site **Work Location:** * Salvador, Bahia\- Brazil We encourage applications from persons with disabilities (PCD), Black individuals, women, and LGBTQIAPN\+ individuals. Requirements **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Payroll * Proficiency in the Domínio system * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, focused attention, and commitment * Ability to work collaboratively and engage in continuous learning Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
