Communication and interpersonal relationships ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Will be responsible for supervising and guiding the cleaning team, ensuring correct execution of hygiene, maintenance, and environmental organization activities. Will oversee operational routines, task assignment, material control, and proper use of cleaning products and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. Will also maintain efficient communication with the team and support resolution of departmental requests. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** A bachelor's degree will be considered a plus; Proven prior experience in the field; Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques; Proficiency in proper use of cleaning products, materials, and equipment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Organizational ability, attention to detail, and commitment to service quality; Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations. ### **BENEFITS** Transportation allowance: R$ 11.80 (round trip) Meal allowance: R$ 25.00 per day Work schedule: 5x2 — Monday to Friday Dental plan Work Location: Salvador ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
