Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and optimize automation systems for production lines; * Program and perform troubleshooting on PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots; * Perform equipment commissioning and integration; * Analyze failures and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements; * Monitor KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, availability); * Ensure compliance with safety standards (NR\-10, NR\-12, LOTO); * Prepare technical documentation and support training. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Experience in the automotive industry with automated processes is a plus; * Proficiency in TIA Portal (Siemens) and KUKA robots; * Experience with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and servo motors; * Hands-on experience in commissioning, integration, and TPM; * Knowledge of Lean, PDCA, FMEA, and failure analysis; * Ability to read electrical/pneumatic diagrams; * Intermediate technical English (desirable); * Willingness to work on-site in Camaçari\-BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
