Conducting hearings and performing labor calculations **JOB OPENING: ATTORNEY – LABOR LAW (CLT \| IN-PERSON)** Location: Salvador/BA Salary: R$ 2\.800,00 \+ Transportation Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break Employment Type: CLT Work Model: In-person About the Position: A law firm is seeking a Labor Attorney for CLT employment, with in-person work in Salvador/BA. The professional will be responsible for the technical management of labor litigation proceedings, drafting procedural documents, conducting hearings, and preparing and reviewing labor calculations, ensuring high technical standards and strict adherence to deadlines. Main Responsibilities: * Drafting initial complaints, responses, appeals, and other legal submissions * Analyzing documents and defining procedural strategies * Monitoring and meeting procedural deadlines * Case tracking via electronic systems (PJe, TRT, etc.) * Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing labor calculations (e.g., liquidation, severance payments, overtime, ripple effects, etc.) * Conducting labor hearings * Communication and coordination with the internal legal team Requirements: * Proven experience in Labor Law * Active bar association registration (OAB) * Proficiency in labor procedures and courtroom practice * Experience with labor calculations * Excellent legal writing skills * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines * Availability for in-person work in Salvador/BA Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
