Job Summary: Professional responsible for team supervision, emergency care, occupational examination management, and participation in health and prevention programs. Key Highlights: 1. Development of training programs and continuing education Nurse position located in São Gonçalo dos Campos/BA — Vacation coverage Responsibilities: Supervision of nursing services and teams to ensure quality of delivered activities; provision of emergency and urgent care, including patient transfers when necessary; management of occupational examinations and support for health, quality-of-life, and vaccination programs; organization and coordination of clinical and technical nursing routines; provision of consultancy, auditing, and issuance of technical opinions; participation in planning and implementation of health programs and preventive actions, epidemiological surveillance, and disease control; development of training and continuing education for teams; occupational health, workplace safety, and accident prevention activities; monitoring of material and medication inventory; preparation and analysis of clinical indicators, as well as contribution to continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Active and valid COREN registration; * Proven experience in the role; Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 1:45 PM to 10:00 PM Employment Type: Freelance / PJ Work Location: On-site
