If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and love a fast-paced environment, this is your place! **Your mission here** To control and organize the flow of vehicle entry, movement, and exit within the facility’s yard, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, operational agility, and physical space organization. **What we expect from you** * Control vehicle access and exit (trailers, trucks, vans, light vehicles) at the company’s yard; * Perform driver check-in and check-out, recording times and required documentation; * Direct vehicles to loading/unloading docks or waiting areas according to the loading/unloading schedule; * Monitor compliance with loading/unloading time windows; * Maintain constant communication with internal departments (shipping, verification, security, gatehouse, and transportation); * Fill out spreadsheets or control systems (TMS/WMS) with yard movement records; * Ensure yard organization, safety, and signage, reporting any irregularities; * Support vehicle repositioning, traffic congestion, or operational emergencies as needed; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE by drivers and third parties within the yard. **What you need to have** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Organizational skills; **What we offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** R$ 35.00 per day **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no deduction; discounted options also available) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring **Profit Sharing (PLR):** R$ 1,500.00/year (paid in two installments – September and March, prorated) **Birthday Day Off:** one paid day off on your birthday, starting after 3 months of employment **Domina Baby Program:** special newborn kit, available after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave, available after 3 months **Longevity Bonus:** available after 2 years of employment **Join us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
