Manage warehouse and finished product distribution operations. **Responsibilities and duties** Monitor logistics operation processes and suggest continuous improvements based on KPIs; Monitor and follow up on periodic inventories according to the customer’s schedule and any stock discrepancies, establishing actions to reduce losses; Contribute to defining medium- and long-term strategic and safety goals and objectives; Coordinate, plan and organize the development of the safety tool; Participate in developing operational and budgetary planning to ensure implementation of proposed actions; Ensure continuous improvement of services delivered to customers within established quality standards, volume requirements and policies; Manage team conflicts; Develop corrective actions for operational deviations and ensure their implementation; Know and apply Safety, Health and Environmental Policies. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Knowledge of DRE (Income Statement); Experience managing teams; Logistics sector experience preferred; SAP or ERP systems knowledge preferred; MBA preferred.
