Support and control operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, organize, and coordinate activities according to established quality specifications and standards; * Administer and develop schedules; * Control general expenses of the department; * Administer procedures and define guidelines for unit maintenance; * Conduct or support daily safety dialogues with the team; * Validate work shifts proposed by supervisors and team leaders; * Actively participate in collective bargaining and labor-related actions; * Monitor audit execution; * Implement and evaluate processes through indicator analysis; * Monitor and analyze monthly performance closures, preparing reports for presentation in meetings with executives; * Support the Operations Manager in contract renegotiations and adjustments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehousing; * Experience in people management.
