Monitoring team performance and conduct. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* * Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with established standards, supervisor instructions, and safety regulations; * Monitor daily activities by reviewing the RAD (Daily Activity Report), verifying application of cleaning and sanitation techniques per procedure; * Organize workforce distribution, lead teams, define tasks to be performed, and assign staff to respective sectors; * Verify and guide employees on correct completion of reports during building rounds and at the end of shift; * Conduct checklists for new employees as per established routine, clarifying disciplinary rules, work instructions, safety regulations, and sector walkthroughs to ensure proper onboarding; * Check material supply levels and distribute supplies when necessary; inspect the DML (Cleaning Materials Depot) and functional carts to ensure employees can perform their daily duties; * Perform cleaning checklists using specific forms to evaluate cleaning/sanitation results, guiding the team when deficiencies are identified, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards; * Monitor team disciplinary conduct, advising and correcting inappropriate behaviors, applying appropriate disciplinary actions per the code of conduct; * Ensure practical application of knowledge acquired during training sessions under the contract, promoting best practices; * Guarantee proper use and distribution of uniforms and PPEs, and advise cleaning assistants on appropriate personal hygiene, following established norms and procedures; * Complete PPE control records, documenting equipment issued to employees and obtaining signatures, per safety regulations; * Verify product labels in stock and diluted solutions, checking expiration dates per established standards; * Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment under the contract, flagging or placing required orders, verifying deliveries upon receipt, and organizing storage allocation; * Receive and sign employee attendance certificates, forwarding them to supervisors for absence tracking and appropriate leave handling; * Monitor employee attendance and punctuality via payroll and timecard records; * Sanitize materials and utensils used in the previous shift, organizing and storing them in designated locations to support continuity of scheduled activities; * Read and record information in the incident logbook at the start and end of each shift to ensure proper continuity of contractual activities; * Conduct shift handover jointly with the supervisor of the other shift, performing sector rounds, noting incidents, recording information, and ensuring proper continuity of contractual activities; * Perform sector rounds to guide assistants in task execution, correct application of cleaning techniques, posture correction, delegation of responsibilities, and monitoring implementation to assess results against established standards; * Escort and accompany employees in case of workplace accidents or medical incidents, informing supervisors, occupational safety personnel, and family members of the situation; * Attend judicial and administrative hearings as company representative (preposto), if requested by the legal department; * Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, adhering to occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer guidelines, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and applicable training; * Perform related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of competencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed High School and/or 1 year of proven experience in this role DESIRED: Completed Higher Education.
