**Job Mission:**
Ensure food product manufacturing complies with quality and safety standards, thereby enhancing contributions to production operations regarding processes and people.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Your challenges will include:**
* Ensuring production scheduling is met on time, within budget, with quality and productivity;
* Ensuring compliance with and training staff on required operational procedures and regulations;
* Addressing daily anomalies and reporting them to your immediate manager;
* Guiding, developing, and evaluating individual and team performance;
* Requesting and monitoring maintenance services;
* Suggesting manufacturing process improvements and necessary investments;
* Monthly dissemination of management indicator and PLR (Profit and Result Sharing) results to your team;
* Contributing to the production of safe, high-quality products in accordance with established standards through sensory analysis of finished products and adherence to process controls;
* Verifying proper machine operation and correct use of safety equipment;
* Contributing to line cleanliness and organization by distributing cleaning supplies, directing and monitoring scheduled activities, and conducting line inspections;
* Ensuring smooth production operations regarding workforce management (leave, vacation, overtime bank, tardiness, and early departures);
* Ensuring production line organization by identifying alternatives to resolve occasional staffing shortages or workstation deficiencies, while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining a disciplined and motivated team;
* Completing the daily logbook (if applicable), recording all daily occurrences;
* Complying with and ensuring execution of the company’s Food Safety requirements.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Experience in this or related fields;
* **Availability to work on a 6x2 shift schedule (rotating day off).**
**Preferred qualifications include:**
* Postgraduate studies in related fields;
* Occupational health and safety standards, food safety standards, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures);
* Familiarity with Food Defense and Food Fraud concepts;
* GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) (annual).
