Knowledge of industrial maintenance area; Knowledge of planning area; Knowledge of industrial maintenance services; Advanced English (conversational). **Job Overview:** Monitor and develop requirements for planning/routine activities; Provide support to contract maintenance supervisors; Monitor the activities of planning technicians, scheduling, inspection reporting, documentation, and other support areas such as warehouse and machine operators; Direct maintenance requests submitted by operational departments; Contribute to compiling KPI-related information for monthly management reports; Supervise and plan maintenance disciplines: instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, boiler-making, piping, welding, and inspection; teams.
