Job Summary: Responsible for managing the refrigeration plant's IT infrastructure, optimizing processes through technological innovation and artificial intelligence, and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of production, administrative, and logistics processes using AI 2. Management of networks, servers, systems, and industrial equipment 3. Focus on innovation, problem-solving, and communication **Job Objective:** Responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the refrigeration plant's IT infrastructure, promoting technological innovation and understanding of artificial intelligence—or willingness to learn—in order to optimize production, administrative, and logistics processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Administer networks, servers, systems, and industrial plant equipment. Provide technical support to users, monitor information security and backups, collaborate with PCP and quality departments. Identify opportunities for AI application in business operations, such as: demand forecasting, production optimization, predictive maintenance, implementation and support of AI projects, data analysis, and process automation. **Behavioral Competencies:** Analytical thinking, proactivity and innovation, communication with non-technical departments, problem-solving, organization, and sense of urgency.
